What if there is a website for Job Seekers...!

Imagine there is a website which you can just copy and paste the description of job and Upload/paste you resume and it will give you insights like what missing in your resume, what you have, what you can improve and provide 30 day actionable plan. So that you can know why you are not getting calls from interviewers. And it will provide results within a minute.
So, Will you use it?
And, What other things would you like to have in this application?
Please Provide your thoughts! Thanks

How do you reinvest your company's profits/earnings?

Be honest, creating, distributing and scaling a product is more challenging than many people imagine.

And turning a profit from a business is also not entirely easy.

When you succeed,...

Does it make sense to create a marketing course? [The latest App Mafia "case"]

I don't know what it is, but I feel like everyone was fed up with these courses a year ago (I have to admit that I was also thinking about creating one, but at this time, everyone was profiled as a "marketing guru").

When I thought it was over... ONE BIG SURPRISE... it is not, and some guys on X (called App Mafia) dropped one worth $997.

MIT Report: 95% of GenAI pilots in business flop. What do you think about this?

Hi, PH community!
MIT s Project NANDA just released The GenAI Divide: State of AI in Business 2025.

And the numbers are brutal:

  • 95% of GenAI pilots fail to deliver real results.

  • The money and hype are there, but ROI? Zero.

  • Only 5% succeed, and those are the ones laser-focused on solving a clear business problem.

  • Biggest ROI right now? Back-office automation (HR, docs, workflows), not flashy sales or marketing tools.

  • External providers win, partner-led projects are 2x more successful than internal experiments.

  • Shadow AI is everywhere, employees use ChatGPT & co outside official policies. Risky? Yes. Opportunity? Also yes.

Bottom line for founders & marketers:

When should you submit your product on Product Hunt?

A question almost every founder asks before launch:

When do I need to submit my product if I want to launch on a specific day?

How do you decide which idea is worth building?

I have a lot ideas on my list, but only one is in active development right now. Part of me wants to build them all at once, but it's not realistic.

How do you prioritize? How do you choose what's worth your focus?

Of course, there are the basic methods, looking at trends, market research, asking friends, asking producthunt... :)

🔥 1000-day streak – special edition: How to last on Product Hunt long-term?

I have been here for so long that visiting the Product Hunt page is like an automatic reflex after waking up. Just kidding.

Anyway, there are 10 hints on how to keep that streak going:

Speed vs. Judgment: Where do you draw the line with AI?

AI is moving fast and in expert hands it s rocket fuel. It helps us analyze faster, prototype quicker, and ship smarter.

But there s a trap: using AI in areas where we don t have our own expertise. If we can t validate the output, we risk mistaking confidence for correctness and drifting from the original goal.

Do founders need to be influencers in order to succeed? Personal branding vs. Being unknown

I recently came across a post by the founder of Chatbase, who described the situation: "If you want to make your business visible, you have to be a popular founder."

It's true that many companies have now taken off thanks to the cult of the founder (Jenni AI David Park, Cluely Chungin "Roy" Lee etc.).

How do you learn in 2025?

Not long ago, books/video tapes were the only way to learn. Then video entered the picture: courses, tutorials, and lectures made knowledge more accessible than ever.

Now? The internet is overflowing with millions of courses, books, and resources on every imaginable topic.

So the real question is:

If you wanted to find talented people for your startup – where would you look?

In a time when big corporations are overpaying for their job offers just to steal the best talent from another big company, and in an era where everyone can build their own startup, there will always be room for people who prefer to join a team and work on something (in the future) big.

How would you find these promising talents?
