I don't know about you, but I feel like I've been working non-stop for years now, and I don't know how I'm able to do it. And it's often because I include activities in my daily life that make my work more enjoyable or break up the monotony.

I exercise every day (and listen to video casts about tech, business, and marketing in the background)

• But the draft includes a highly controversial measure: mandatory scanning (client-side scanning) of private communications, including encrypted ones, for child sexual abuse material.

• According to reports, 15 member states support the proposal, 6 are against it, and 6 remain undecided. The law would not apply to political officials, but it would affect the reading of communication of ordinary citizens.

On Twitter, I ve come across founders whose business was acquired at 18, which means they had to start even earlier. In some cases, it was at 16.

I ve also read about 14-year-olds building their first startup, and in some instances, even 10-year-olds. (At that point, I started to wonder whether it was truly the child s initiative or if the parent was creating the image of a successful founder at the child s expense.)

The next question is more about how you select or proceed in selecting the right candidate.

It will sound like something from prehistoric times, but in my country, the vast majority of employers give women lower salaries than men. Fortunately, I don't feel it that much because I work with foreign clients, but I don't think it's fair.

Whenever I m about to buy something (especially something more expensive), I can be easily influenced by recommendations from people I trust and know. That might be well-known accounts on X or suggestions from friends.
