I work on Olly, an AI career copilot that helps people prepare for the job market. It covers things like learning, flashcards, resume optimization, and mock interviews with a readiness report. A lot of my time goes into figuring out how to explain what we're building to people in different roles, not just tech, and that's harder than it sounds.
What I'm hoping to get from this community:
