Nellie Deutsch (Ed.D) is a teacher educator who has taught EFL in K-12 and higher education for over 40 years and has applied CALL since 1992. Nellie’s a YouTuber (2006) and Moodle admin. She founded online professional development programs on Integrating Technology Professional Development on a Moodle Learning Management System in 2009. She provides free online courses for educators on how to integrate emerging technologies and AI into their classes. Her methods include learner autonomy, peer-based learning, and mindfulness. She’s faculty at IMT MSc program at the Democritus University of Thrace at a distance on Moodle. She teaches Immersive (VR/AR) Experiences and Technologies.
