I tried a bunch of different bug capture tools, and BetterBugs met my small team's needs for free. I can quickly capture a screen shot or recording, voice over it if needed, mark it up, and submit it along with a bunch of debug info into a Linear ticket. Only wish it also existed for Safari, since we do QA in a few different browsers.

I've been using Clay for a few months now, and loving it! I was able to put off hiring an SDR for so long because I can do amazing prospecting and enrichment at scale, and now these new features make it easier without having to set up your own formulae for common workflows. Also, incredible support over Slack from Clay people and other users. Couple of feature requests: 1) A directory or marketplace where I can hire contractors skilled in Clay, so I can outsource some of this work easily. Or at least some certification indicating they've learned the basics. 2) A more capable web scraper that can follow pagination or navigate from the list view to the details view to import an entire directory. I'm ok with this running in my browser and needing me to walk away from it for a bit if that's the cost efficient way to do it.
