About

I built Mima, a system that makes decisions in regulated environments traceable, reproducible, and auditable. AI is used only to extract and structure facts from unstructured text with source references. Deterministic, versioned code then applies the relevant rules and produces the assessment. All inputs, rule versions, and decision paths are preserved, ensuring the same case always produces the same result and can be reconstructed afterwards. This makes transparency and human oversight verifiable in practice, supporting compliance with the EU AI Act. The architecture is protected through five patent applications filed with the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV). Mima operates as a GDPR-focused layer on top of existing systems.

Mima Solutions AB - Audit any authority letter. Find procedural errors fast

Mima reviews letters and decisions from public authorities and flags procedural errors: missing service of process, broken deadlines, wrong legal basis, contradictions in the record. The language model reads. Code decides. Every flag is traceable to the exact passage and the rule it triggered. Zero persistence: in-memory processing, 30-day cache, PII auto-masked, no training on user data. Built on 5 patent filings at the Swedish Patent Office. EU AI Act ready.

Mima: Government letters, explained - Upload a government letter. Understand what happens next.

Understand and respond to government letters — clearly, calmly, and without legal advice. Upload a letter from agencies like the SSA, IRS, courts, or local authorities. Mima explains what the letter means, what stage of the process you’re in, and what can (and can’t) happen next, in English or Spanish. If a response is needed, Mima helps you draft a clear document you can download and send. Used in Sweden and the US
