
What's great
I tried AskYura mainly to see how fast I could get something useful running. At first I was a bit confused, but the in-product assistant helped a lot and showed me what to do step by step. Once I uploaded my docs and URLs, the chatbot started working pretty quickly. I like that it’s not only for answering FAQs. With the API setup, it can actually handle things like checking order status or triggering actions in other tools (I tested it with simple workflows). The no-code setup makes it approachable, even if you’re not technical. Go-live felt fast compared to other tools I’ve tried.
What needs improvement
I think AskYura would benefit a lot from more ready to use templates. Setup is fast, but templates for common use cases (support, onboarding, lead qualification) would save even more time, especially for first-time users
vs Alternatives
I chose AskYura because I could get a chatbot running really fast without needing a developer or a big setup. I liked that there was an assistant guiding me at the beginning, and that I could connect it to other tools through the API. The human handoff also made it feel safer to use for real support, not just experiments.
