This looks like a good idea to incorporate everything in one place. However I am unsure about "SEO changes" what data does this provide? Will it provide for e.g. changes in meta tags, or change in keyword density or what exactly SEO changes cover? And just a suggestion you might want to incorporate few more data sets via Ahrefs API if that is feasible ? And a little bit of criticism here,...

There is a feature by Facebook named as "Info and Ads" which does the same by providing users the active ads that brands are running but it requires manual activity by going to competitor's page. However this looks promising as the alerts are emailed, I hope it is custom totally ?
