We ve just rolled out a new update for Easy Scribe. Bringing better quality and more control to your generated documentation.

1. Language Selection: In addition to automatic detection, you can now manually choose the language you d like your documentation in.

   

2. Custom Screenshots: After recording, define your own screenshot points to include alongside the automatically selected ones.

   

3. Other Improvements:

   • Video exports now show a progress indicator.

   • Option to export WEBM only, or include MP4 as well.

   • General bug fixes and polish.

So WebVisor went down about two weeks ago. If your site had more than 5,000 events, chances are the app didn t work properly. Timeouts. Broken charts. Data just missing.

That s on me.

I honestly wasn t expecting so many users to sign up so quickly, and I definitely didn t expect sites to be logging that much data right out the gate.

Within the first two weeks, we tracked over 1.5 million events. Which is amazing - but it also completely broke the system.
