Why do most AI stock tools focus on predictions instead of explanations?

I ve been exploring AI tools for stock analysis and noticed that most focus on predictions or buy/sell signals.

But in markets where uncertainty is high, I personally find reasoning more useful than predictions.

For example:
What factors support a setup
What contradicts it
What risks exist
What would invalidate the thesis
