Slack has been an amazing tool for us to invite early adopters to provide real time feedback for the beta version of Source. We are building a real community of B2B marketers using the external channel feature in Slack. It has been a game changer for us!
PostHog allowed us to observe how early users interacted with Source's onboarding flow. We found that there were some confusing steps in the onboarding which we removed to smooth out the activation flow. Without PostHog, we would have never checked the self-serve / PLG motion for our business as quickly as we did.
Shoutout to Shortcut for creating the best project management software to help keep our engineering team focused on the highest priority roadmap items. We couldn't have gotten to public beta for Source as quickly as we did without Shortcut.
