Very interesting!! How does the science support the mindset, benefits etc of doing “dry-ish”?

I’ve been an avid user for the last 6+ months and Sunnyside has been a game changer. The SMS based infrastructure is incredibly intuitive and engaging, and it seems a lot of the same UX has been brought to iOS. I’m curious how the team thinks about psychological principles and health habit research to inform this product? Great work!
