Raycast
Raycast has become essential to how I navigate my Mac. My team uses it for everything from quick searches to scripts. I personally rely on it more than Spotlight now. It’s lightning-fast and keeps getting better with each update. Easily one of my favorite tools.

typedesk AI text expander
Typedesk is a game-changer for my team’s support workflows. I use it to store and send snippets in email replies. It saves me a lot of time during the day. The desktop app runs smoothly, and we’ve really embraced it for repetitive messaging.

TidyCal made scheduling across my team much easier. I personally use it to book client calls and internal check-ins. It’s clean, fast, and integrates smoothly. We’ve replaced several other tools with this one. The lifetime pricing was a great bonus for our setup.

Super
helped us turn a Notion workspace into a quick landing page. I built one for a side project and was impressed with how smooth it was. My team liked how fast we got it live. A few design limits exist, but it gets the job done well.

Plausible Analytics
Plausible is what we switched to after leaving Google Analytics. I set it up for a few client sites. My team likes how clean and privacy-first it feels. Some reporting features are basic, but the core experience is solid. It’s simple and transparent.

Linear
We use Linear to manage product issues and bug tracking. I personally enjoy how fast and responsive it feels. My team loves the focus on speed. I wish it had more flexibility with roadmap planning, but it still outperforms most tools we’ve tried.

Taskly
We gave Taskly a spin for basic project tracking. I used it to manage my daily tasks and team updates. It’s functional, but not very memorable. The UI is clean but lacks advanced features. It’s decent for simple setups, just not built for complex projects

Mailmodo
My team experimented with Mailmodo for interactive emails. I set up a few surveys and forms myself. While the tools are unique, delivery rates were inconsistent for us. The idea has merit, but we ran into issues with inbox placement that held us back.

Zellim
We tested Zellim as a team communication hub. I personally used it for video calls and chat. It works okay, but some parts of the interface are clunky. There are better-known alternatives, though the all-in-one pitch is interesting. It needs polish before we fully adopt it.
Scrintal
My team tried Scrintal to build connected notes and ideas. I used it to organize thoughts for a product roadmap. The concept is smart, but it feels a bit slow at times. We liked the visual layout, but performance issues made it hard to commit long term.
