I’ve spent my career in the ivory tower studying relationship science and organizational behavior. Now, I’m building Partner Lab to take that peer-reviewed rigor and put it into people’s hands. I’m on a mission to replace "cosmo quizzes" with deep, research-backed tools—starting with our 25+ page Stay-or-Go assessment. Edgier than the Gottman Institute - we not only help people improve their relationship, but equip them to end or leave relationships that aren't serving them. Not every relationship is worth saving. When I’m not analyzing data, I’m likely on a ski slope or a hiking trail.
