Hello everyone! As someone relatively new to the community, I've been blown away by the creativity and drive of fellow makers. I'm eager to connect and build friendships with like-minded individuals who share my passion for building and making an impact. I'm curious to hear about your experiences connecting with other makers. How have you successfully made friends in the community, and what strategies or approaches do you recommend for someone new and looking to build meaningful relationships?
As an early stage startup founder, my big million dollar question at the moment is to find the first set of customers who will pay for an early stage product. Keen to understand how other founders / makers reached this milestone.
This is probably the most faced thing for every founder when things don't go as planned. What are the things you do to ensure you achieve it? I first always have a positive mindset and approach the problem by * Trying to get all the information regarding the problem
* Analyze the options on the table and the outcomes
* Make a decision on the most logical solution
* Plan the steps to execute it
* I monitor it all along to ensure that I need to restrategize What is your approach?
During the development of the MyGPT project, I came to the realization that productivity is a critical factor that requires attention. Being productive and maintaining focus can significantly streamline task completion. Checkout MyGPT : Free and faster pro version of ChatGPT with prompt support at https://www.producthunt.com/post...
I am a big fan of posthog for product analytics, and rudderstack for cdp. I'm also the founder of laudspeaker (https://www.producthunt.com/post...), and open source omnichannel marketing suite of tools. what else do people like?
The recent discussion about AI-generated comments by @kylefrost was really interesting. Some people are concerned that bots will take over online communities and there won't be enough authentic human interaction but instead auto-generated empty conversations between AI and bots. AI technology is impacting a lot of areas, such as creating images, blog posts, webpages, copywriting, and etc. Several features have been very well received and are widely accepted. What are your thoughts on auto-generated emails? Would you say AI can improve the efficiency and value of email communication?
Even if i like driving cars so much, i think that trains are still the best option, here is why: eco-friendly wifi, useful if you want to spend some time working meeting new people sightseeing, from the windows you can enjoy mother nature less expensive, not all the time but most of time
I've seen people go from 0 to thousands of followers in a few months, all because they zoned in on building a personal brand. Do you have any tips for makers that want to do the same?
I've tried using tools that automatically take notes during my Zoom/Google Meet calls, but none of them have stuck. A full transcription is overkill and summaries often miss the most important points. Additional context: Most of my calls are fundraising-related conversations with founders. I would prefer NOT to have a "bot" join a call and ideally the notes could automatically be shared in a specific Slack channel with my team. I'm curious what tools people are using and for what use cases. I'd appreciate any recommendations. :)
It feels like there s hundreds of applications using ChatGPT launched daily.. Which ones truly stood out to you or seemed different from the vast majority?
