I've been a product manager in automotive for 6+ years, first in a large company and now in a startup. I have a customer support background so I *love* solving problems and making life easier for people. I currently juggle both B2B and B2C, and I have a lot of experience with complicated DMV business rules from my previous job. I have a master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, so I'm also really fascinated by change management and human behavior at work, and building relationships is hugely important to me. Outside of work, I teach and practice yoga and I'm a huge book nerd (mostly fiction, I read a lot of mystery and romance).
