What helps me is consciously designating time for that. When I look at a week, I know that it is smart to get some high quality relaxation. So I might say: Tuesday evening starting from 8PM is ONLY for relaxation. When Tuesday evening comes I know that I made that conscious decision to relax and that I felt it would be a good thing to do when I made that decision, so I won't feel guilty.

I don't think big tech is very innovative.

In my experience I haven't really found silver bullets. There are many things you can do, most won't give you much. You might find a lot of people in your personal network who are excited for you to start a company and therefore are excited to try out and promote what you are doing.
