I'm Mathis. I'm French, I live in London, and most of my free time goes into trail and ultra running: long runs, races, and a lot of thinking about how to train for them.
Lately that has turned into building. I work on my own, making software for runners who plan their own training, and I'm learning everything outside the code as I go: design, writing, getting the first users.
I'm here to meet other makers and learn from people who've been through a launch. If you run, or build on your own, say hello. I'm happy to swap notes.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Mathis. I run trail, and I built MyTrainingDesk for my own race prep.
I wanted one place that answers "what should this week look like?". You give it your race, its date and the hours you have. It splits the season into base, build, peak and taper and lays out every week up to race day. Sessions are built to your own heart-rate, pace or power zones.
To reach the watch, the app writes the sessions into your Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Wahoo or Polar. Done sessions come back, and each week shows what you planned next to what you ran. There's also a coach you can ask about your own training. It reads your sessions before it answers.
A training app for runners. Give it your race, its date and your weekly hours: it lays out every week to race day. Sessions are built to your zones and reach your Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Wahoo or Polar via your TrainingPeaks account. Free during early access.
