Yes. Remote is the future, would never change back to an office culture. To many advantages for remote work. Actually it's more hybrid, because most of the time we do an office day on Wednesday, but always depends. There are also months in which I don't see the office at all. Btw. we are launching a product for remote workers soon.

It's all about automation in the future. Congrats to your launch. There a so many AI solutions coming up in the moment, but the video AIs are the most stunning for me. Nice concept and good luck for the next steps!

I like meetings. In our small team, we just do meetings when we really need it. I think especially in bigger companies there are too many people in meetings and sometimes it's kind of wasted time, because you can handle the topics more efficient. On the other hand it brings some transparency with it.

I like to write down the tasks on paper. So I have them physically in front of me and can cross out the single tasks. It's also good for the mindset to see what you have achieved on that day I guess. We often see the tasks we didn't do instead of the many tasks we did.

We always try to get in touch wit our early clients by e-mail or schedule a meeting. In my opinion that is the best way to understand your customers and their needs. Looking forward to get some other ideas of collecting feedback through your post.

Recap of 100 day streak 🔥
Unfortunately we still couldn't launch on the date we've planned, because the verification of our app by Slack took way longer than we expected and planned.
The good thing is that the verification is on the final steps and we can launch in the next weeks. During the waiting time we also developed along our road map and we will directly release some new features on the new launch date.

In winter I play hockey, so it's two times training in the evening and two games at the weekend. In summer I like to do different things, like gym, running, mountain biking, swimming. Most of the time I also do it in the evening, to get a balance to the long days of sitting in the office.

I'm not in Recruiting, but also in HR-Tech. There is so much potential for HR. Congrats to your launch guys. Do I understand it right, that AsyncInterview helps to evaluate if it is a match between the applicant and the company and then you go on with the deeper in person interview, to get to know each other in a live call?

I think to know the right functions. When I think about editing a reel on instagram, it was weird in the beginning and you didn't know about the different functions. I still don't know all of them, but after a while you get use to it. For me it's always learning by doing.
What was the most difficult thing when you first started editing the video?

I use the free version. It's super expensive for me and I don't use it for sales, so I get all I need from the free version.
