I absolutely love Fibery. After searching for "the right" tool for the last couple of years and using a lot of them, Fibery is absolutely the best.
Yes, the interface can be better and to create a more complex system is a bit of a challenge sometimes, but this is no reason for me not to use Fibery.
The system and the Fibery team are extremely reliable and I don't know of any other system as powerfull as Fibery, for setting up your own work processes.
