I tested Dex and works very well, conversation flows naturally while Dex asks questions in a manner that makes feel like "it's getting it". I expect continuous refinements of course. One feedback to leave: after the immediate follow-up email, I would send also 1-2 other updates in the weeks later to make the user feels like is not forgotten in the stack of candidates.
