Hi, everyone! 🙋🏼♀️ I’m Madeleine, a frontend and UX developer with a passion for building tools that help people to live better. Together with my partner, I created Balancey — a personal budgeting app designed to inspire mindful spending and promote financial well-being 💸🧘♀️ A little bit about me: I have a PhD in Computer Science, specialising in Human-Computer Interaction. My research focused on the interplay between perception, cognition, and and user experience in digital applications. My academic background continues to drive my approach to designing human-centred, intuitive, and enjoyable products. When I’m not crafting new features, you’ll likely find me traveling 📍, behind a camera 📸, or coming up with new recipes in the kitchen 🍜 So excited to share this journey with you all!
