It was a horrible experience with them. Everything they promote is a lie. My website had over 25k in traffic, but when I started using their hosting, my bad days began. My website started working very slowly, and sometimes it wouldn't load at all. Whenever I contacted their support, they only blamed it on some plugins. I told them I was using the same plugins with a cheaper hosting service and never had issues like this. They never took responsibility for their faults. In the end, after losing traffic from 25k to 8k in just 3 months, I decided to move to another company. Do not buy any of their services if you don't want to lose your customers. Thanks.
