As 2022 comes to an end, I thought it would be neat to share how we plan to maintain a healthy lifestyle in the new year. For me, I plan to continually cook and eat at home more frequently and move my body on a daily basis. I personally love archery, it helps me improve my balance and focus, and of course it's fun to shoot arrows at something, even if it's an empty target.
Honestly, the distractions around the house are my biggest nightmare while working from home. Even though I am a remote worker, I try to go out and work in coffee shops, and libraries as much as possible so that I am much more disciplined. What about you?
