About

I'm Lewis and I care about building solutions to bring people together. I started Invited.you because I believe that sending invitations is supposed to be a personal experience that excites the person or business receiving it. Previously I worked as a product manager across startups, scaleups and enterprise businesses, where I helped to devise and deliver outcome-driven strategy for B2B and B2C SaaS products. After being made redundant in January 2026, I scaled Settlers to 2000+ players and completed a VC Bootcamp with LDVC to better understand how startups get funded.

Do you launch your product in other directories besides Product Hunt as well? What's the strategy?

So far, I ve come across three types of people:

  1. Those who focus entirely on their Product Hunt launch.

  2. Those who spread their launches out over time for example, launching on other platforms throughout the month.

  3. Those who launch everywhere on the same day which, in my opinion, would be suicide. :D

What s your launch strategy?

If you re launching on multiple platforms, what do you do first?

What do you think: productivity tracking or workplace surveillance? Where's the line?

Hot take: most developer time trackers are basically surveillance software with a productivity logo slapped on top.

Random screenshots. Keyboard activity. Idle timers. Productivity scores.

And somehow we're supposed to believe that's helping developers do better work?
