What's great
I was part of the early cohort, and I’ll be honest — I’m usually not impressed by software. This genuinely impressed me.
What makes it stand out is that it turns feedback into something real instead of performative. Most review tools feel like a checkbox exercise. This doesn’t. The interactive experience changes the quality of insight you get because you’re actually engaging with feedback, not just submitting it.
It also connects patterns across feedback in a way I haven’t seen before. Instead of isolated comments, you get a clear picture of how you actually operate day to day.
This is where performance reviews are going. It feels inevitable.
What needs improvement
The biggest opportunity is continuing to deepen the intelligence layer as more data gets collected.
As more feedback, conversations, and interactions are captured, it would be powerful to be able to ask questions across all of that data and get clear, reasoned answers. Things like identifying blind spots, tracking growth over time, or understanding patterns at a deeper level.
It would also be interesting to see this extend into AI agents as they become more embedded in day-to-day workflows.
I was part of the early cohort, so I’m sure a lot of this has already evolved, but pushing further in this direction would make it even more powerful.
vs Alternatives
Honestly, nothing seriously comparable. Most alternatives I’ve seen are traditional 360 tools that just collect feedback without doing much with it.
