Why is quitting energy drinks so much harder than we think? ⚡️

I ve quit energy drinks at least ten times. Cold turkey. Just water instead. Only one a week. Every single plan fell apart faster than a sugar-free Monster or Red Bull crash.

The crazy part? I knew exactly what they were doing to me:

  1. My sleep was garbage I d lie awake buzzing while dreading the next day

  2. My focus tanked sharp for one hour, useless for the next five

  3. My wallet bled for cans with lightning bolts on them instead of, you know, actual food.
