In my setup, I avoid duplicating credentials across environments as much as possible. Instead, I generate environment-specific keys but manage them through one pipeline. Rotation is automated and deployments always re-fetch values. It doesn’t fully eliminate drift but it makes it very predictable and easier to debug.

I really like this idea because it removes friction for both sides. I can design docs visually while developers just send data. That balance feels rare. It makes collaboration smoother and avoids endless back-and-forth over layouts and formatting.
