I'm part of the team behind AQX, but I'll be straight with you I'm not the one building our AI voice agent platform. I'm the one responsible for making sure people discover what we've created and (hopefully) see the value in it.

For those who ve already been through this experience, can I ask for some advice?

What s next? And how do you find real people who are interested in your product?

(In my case it s Dun a project management and collaboration tool for small teams)

I d love to hear about the biggest challenges you face at work! No matter the industry, we all deal with online tools. What frustrates you most about team communication, task management, or project tracking? What wastes your time and drains your energy?
I'll share some real challenges I ve faced in my workflow as a designer in a small IT agency team and how they led us to create our own tool(:

A day in my designer life used to look like (before Dun - our tool) picture this:

1. Morning starts with my boss having a client meeting on Google Meet

2. He sets a task for me in Shortcut (which we also shared with the client)

3. I get an email notification because Shortcut has no iOS app (I also have a lot of spam there)

4. If I have questions, I message my boss in Slack

5. Clients leave feedback sometimes in Shortcut threads, sometimes in Slack DMs

6. 5.1 Some feedback also lands in Figma comments

7. If I need to show my boss what clients want, I end up screenshotting messages from different apps

8. When my part is done, I send designs to the developer in Slack to check if he has questions

9. Then either my boss or I set up a task in Shortcut and remind the developer about it in Slack

...And that s not even the full cycle
