... and what are they? I was looking at my stack couple of days ago and I have 5+ tools I use on a daily basis, all discovered through PH. I was curious, are others the same and how much does PH contribute to their tool discovery and adoption? Got me thinking on how much I'm grateful for communities like PH! For me tools like: Welder
Synthesia
Descript
Toucan
BombBomb
eqMac2
For me it's the start. I shutdown my machine and have to restart all my software in the morning and sometimes remembering where I left off is impossible
I am currently working on an idea with my team. All of us have jobs and are in different locations(same time zones). We're are struggling with productivity because only two members are fully commited on building the product. The two of us came with up with the idea and we brought two members who shared interest and the vision of the idea. The two other guys will promise to do stuff and then not deliver on them. How do you motivate them to work without being intrusive to their time. And how do you make sure they not slack?
I know there will be more than 3 but what are the most important ones for you? Bonus point if you tell me what kind of product are you working on too :)
If you don't, that should be your goal for the new years. I'm having my first baby (boy) in January 2021. One of my teammates told me that if I continue the current path of "hustle until my head hurts" in 2021, I might not be able to see my baby grow up. I'm not old, but with the passing of Tony Hsieh, his advice felt more real than ever before. So, I've been spending a lot of time in the morning, creating and refining a "not-to-do list" for 2021. And it's created a clear picture of what I shouldn't pursue to maximize chance of the startup. Here's the list 1. Don't write a novel (So many ideas...)
2. Don't practice basketball (Already on a crazy plan to work out)
3. Don't try to read too many book (It's better to 100% understand a worthy book at this point)
4. Don't consume too much info. Most are garbage. What's your list?
Hi, I'm currently shifting to a full time WFH thing. Have you guys tried out working from cafes as a full-time basis? P.s- I'm also looking this as an opportunity to test a platform where freelancers can get monthly packages from different cafes (can create a win-win for both parties...something like AirBnB for co-working.) Thanks, looking for your views.

You can register here until June 4th and submissions will open on June 7th. Let's use this space to introduce ourselves, get to know each other and ask for support
I am learning on my own. Mostly looking at others. This one question I have for a long time. What you all doing once you have your MVP up and running? Share anything
