The real questions imo are "Aren't they too many NFT collectibles? Do we need more right now?"...

Such a waste of time :) It's mentioned nowhere (if it is mentioned, then it should be more visible) that it's a Mac only app. No windows, no webapp... I asked for permission and even tweeted about it as I was curious and looking always looking for a calendar app that will do a better job than the existing ones. And it's only after I signed up that the only choice I have is "Download for Mac"....

I don't discover friends on Product Hunt :P But more seriously, this week is a bit too specific and limited. My all time best discovery on Product Hunt would be @sunsamahq
What product would you recommend to a friend that you discovered on Product Hunt this week?

We're already using agora for this. I can see that the price is cheaper (the discounted one, the normal one seems the same as Agora). How do you compare in general? Do you have a flutter SDK?

Same here with www.tiramisuapp.com. We finished the MVP but we already started discussions with partners and small communities for testing. Hopefully we'll officially launch in the next weeks or couple of months :)
You have your MVP ready. Now what's next?

I've been working from home (and cafés/coworking space pre-covid) for 3 years now. It's quite important to "schedule" your breaks and include them in a routine. At least for me as I was finding myself working in a pyjama for 12 hours and forgetting to have lunch (or take a shower). I'm not a big fan of the gurus selling their "road to be great" routine... but I think it's necessary to have some...

Good idea... Slightly overpriced with no free tier. It's probably a choice you made to limit your audience to people scheduling tens of professional meetings per week.

SavvyCalSending your scheduling link shouldn't feel weird.

Not sure about the idea. I mean it's fine to work in a café from time to time (pre and post covid of course)... but that's definitely not a good option for full-time work (at least for me). In addition to this, if the subscription gets too expensive (let's say > 100-150$ per month), I would definitely prefer co-working spaces (they include sometimes coffee and snacks). They offer a better work...
Would you like to work from a cafe full time?

I don't know if it's a good thing to have a not-to-do list "behaviouraly" speaking, as things we're not supposed to do will still keep some headspace if we list them somewhere (need a neurologist or psychologist to confirm this :) ) + it's proven that's it's better to focus on what we want to achieve and not on what we don't want (I can try to find the source of the study). Personally I prefer...
Reduce your workload. Do you have a not-to-do list for 2021?

Was in the same situation and in the end I and my other co-founder decided to stop the BS and had a hard talk with everyone. 2 developers are still working with us... All the others (partnerships, communication, marketing...) Are out. The bad news is we went from a team of 8 to a team of 4... The good news is we are getting more things done now and we'll start onboarding new team members only...
How do you motivate co-founders to commit with you on an idea?

When for some reasons I am having meetings planned all the day... I usually can't focus on anything productive and spending the next hour just waiting for the next meeting. I'm trying to block my calendar now and keep myself available only 2 hours per day for different meetings.

What are your 3 most important metrics to track?
I know there will be more than 3 but what are the most important ones for you? Bonus point if you tell me what kind of product are you working on too :)
