Love the product, and it constantly grows with more and more features

Great product, great functionality, however they have very dodgy practices. They took out a feature out of nowhere, no notice, and suddenly gone. Different responses from different staff members, and subscription status is always changed by them. This company might be going broke or just completely untrustworthy.
