I think what's interesting about this product is just how it doesn't take away the human side of hiring. It still gives you autonomy over how and who you choose to hire. It does all the redundant tasks, but still you get to interact in a way where you can see the human sides of applicants and filter out those who genuinely care about their field, from those who just had resume buzzwords on....
