Anyone who just started using ZenDesk and thinks it's "great" should talk to anyone who's been stuck using ZenDesk "because it was already there" when they started. I think the target market for this isn't yoga moms, it's travelers/backpackers. From watching the video I can't tell how this stacks up against a Steripen or Grayl.

Great list. Would be cool if there was some way to see not only the number of members but also how many new messages there are every day because some Slack communities have a lot of members but there's not a lot of activity.
