Really cool product! As a potential customer in the near future, I'm curious: does it really function at the same speed as the video? A lot of these solutions typically have a long wait between the user's speech and the return audio.

I've been following on Twitter, and as a Chrome power user (though I feel like power user is an understatement, I'm using 9 gigs of RAM on Chrome right now), I can't wait to use this.

We are like 99.99% on the Tidio train, the only feature we were missing when we tried it out was the ability to have the bot greet customers with a name/face above the message. (Our experiments suggested it had a measurable effect on conversion.) Gotta say though, Tidio is amazing. Beautifully designed, great product, great features.

When things went remote, we had a lot of trouble staying on top of incoming phone calls, we were getting over 50 a day, ranging from customers with support issues, to customers looking for their account managers, to prospective customers trying to speak to sales. We ended up building something crude that just forwarded the calls to our team... Though, our team was feeling really bogged down...

What's the service behind your lead enrichment addon? If I wanted to use that as the main use case, what are the limits/costs?
