What do you think is Cursor’s most irreplaceable strength?

To be honest, I find Cursor s VS Code experience quite uncomfortable. However, the fact that it runs seamlessly within my codebase is what keeps me from abandoning it.

That said, if Copilot were to offer the same level of integration, I don t think I d continue using Cursor. Copilot is gradually catching up with the features Cursor provides, and it works within IntelliJ, which is a big advantage for me.

Which of the Product Hunt metrics matter to you the most?

I ve noticed that the purpose of people on Product Hunt is always different. Of course, the vast majority want to become the Product of the Day, Week, Month, or Year (or win Kitty Awards).

However, some are there for the community and their success metrics may lie in something else (e.g. the number of discussions created and rated).

I Pivoted My Startup to Solve AI Inference—Launching on PH soon!!

Hey Folks,

I m Aishwarya, co-founder of Inferless a serverless GPU inference platform that makes deploying AI models way easier, faster, and cheaper.

A little backstory two years ago, we were running an AI app startup, building and scaling, when we hit a massive roadblock. Deploying AI models was a nightmare. Everything was either too slow, too expensive, or just plain frustrating. No one seemed to be solving inference in a way that actually worked for developers. So, we did what any slightly insane founder would do we dropped everything and pivoted to fix it.

That s how Inferless was born. Fast forward to today, and we ve been in private beta for over a year, processing millions of API requests and replacing major cloud providers for production AI workloads. Ultra-low cold starts, seamless scaling, and no infra headaches that s what we ve been obsessing over.

What Can AI Teach Toddlers👶? A Mom-Researcher's Perspective

As a mom and AI education researcher, I've observed 3 key skills toddlers develop through AI toys:

1 Problem-solving (e.g. voice-commanding robots through block challenges)

2 Creative storytelling (imagining new story endings)

3 Emotional recognition (learning empathy via facial interactions)

Hey Product Hunt! Introducing Zensus 🙂

Hey everyone
I've been in this community for a while but haven't taken the bold step to make an attempt to launch a product.
There are many brilliant ideas and product shared here. As a single person startup/founder I've been working on a product for the last three months and I am getting geared up to launch it.
I m launching Zensus, a savings goal tracker designed for managing finances for young people. Unlike traditional money management apps like Rocket Money or Mint, Zensus focused on financial literacy, Zensus is focused on providing insights into financial wealth management early on and not after college.
I'd love to connect with like minded individuals who are interested in developing this with me. I am currently working on a beta release and should have the Beta released in a month.

Looking forward to learning and growing from you all.
Thanks,
Ajin

Instagram's Edits vs. TikTok's CapCut?

The short video format originated primarily on TikTok as "TikToks." Of course, it was then picked up by Instagram ("Reels"), YouTube ("Shorts"), and later other platforms began to embrace this trend of short, vertical videos (LinkedIn, X).

For these purposes, TikTok created a mobile video editing app and later a desktop version, CapCut. (2019)
And guess what...
