We really like the product. It’s a no brainer for anyone who wants to automate the same consistent office questions. 5 stars! Pros: The app is super fast – it was be used in an instant across text, email and Slack. It learns quickly & saves time for the office staff. Cons: We have 3 offices. So people need to be specific when asking a Q related to their office or they are given the wrong info.
