Nice idea! One suggestion, instead of instructions on the front page about how to search, why not a search box right there?

Great app! I'm a big fan of Things and GTD, but you are correct, recurring tasks really have a different use case, and your app handles it really well. Love the idea of notes on tasks that recur, will be playing around with that for sure!

You all have probably read this, but on the off chance not, Ted Chiang, The Truth of Fact, the Truth of Feeling.

Seems promising! With this type of quick input, search is really key for surfacing the quick notes you added later. Operators would be helpful for notes with links, etc. Currently it seems like the search does not return links at all. When you do add images also, using Apple's image indexing to search the screenshot content is a huge benefit of Notes.app currently. Would love to see that here....

It's not clear to me who I am sharing with, all my phone contacts I guess? That is not an acceptable list really. I like the idea, and loved Path, but need better privacy controls here.

Really like this. 1) The batch concept is great 2) Love the links to new sources at the bottom 3) Like the human touch

Just wanted to say, THANK YOU for having storage/usage based pricing for teams rather than user based. I work with non-profits, it's a constant pattern that organizations who rely on volunteer work have way more "users" than usage, because the volunteers are not "full time" users. We're willing and able to pay fairly based on usage, but many sites' direct user pricing model prices us out...

Any similar app this cycle?

If we signed up at 9.99, are you all just going to charge us that forever before the product comes out with no way to cancel? Seems that way.

UI design is a little haphazard, long email overhanging boundaries, hamburger menus in the middle of the top nav. These small details build trust especially important for authentication. Pros: Nice implementation of email based authentication Cons: Lots of opportunity for polish improvements. Details matter for trust.

Nice looking site and tool! Couple feedback notes: 1. It's not immediately clear if you are comparing your service with Trello, or implying you have made a visualization tool for multiple Trello boards. 2. For pricing, there is probably a market for savvy project managers who are going to get a single license, but manage other people. A slightly higher cost (possibly) plan with basic PM...

Wish there was unflavored option. 😄

Maybe not obvious to people outside healthcare, but this would be used for routine appointments, for people with travel difficulties. Think community clinics, or monthly appointments for social services. I bet it will catch on, they sometimes use taxis now...

This looks super nice, what does free until 2018 mean though? That's an important selection criteria for group shared notes. If you haven't decided yet, I would love to see a model like Trello Gold, or Evernote premium, where people could collaborate and decide individually to pay, rather than have to do the team-pay approach. It really helps in large organizations where the org bureaucracy...

Looks promising, need a way to stay in touch, as in, I'm not ready to move all my notes to the system this second, but if you keep developing, and are around and healthy in 6 months, I might reconsider. twitter, or mailing list would be great!

Been looking for something like this actually. How do you get to stats, maybe needs more data points to display UI?
