About

Juan Verdaguer is a Netherlands-based composer, performer, sound projectionist, sound designer, teacher, and software developer whose work connects contemporary music, electronics, live performance, spatial sound, and digital tools for musicians. Educated at the Utrecht Conservatorium and the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag, he has worked with the music of Karlheinz Stockhausen, including aus LICHT at the Holland Festival, and as a sound designer at the Nationale Opera & Ballet in Amsterdam. Alongside composition, teaching, and interdisciplinary projects, he develops creative tools through Many Sound Worlds, including MusicPad for iPad, bringing together music, technology, listening, and design as connected practices.
