Why a chatbot? A chatbot is opaque. I have no idea what is hidden in there nor the path that leads me to the content I want. And once I find it it is lost when I close the browser. Why not use AI to create a knowledge base? A table of contents could show me the lay of the land, links are the map I need to get back to and share the good stuff?

I see AI becoming a tool built into many other tools. For example spell checker. It is crazy cool but we don't really think about it anymore. I wrote about finding and testing AI tools (44 in total) here - https://mythicalai.substack.com/... There are maybe a few areas that AI could disrupt further. But I don't think AI is going to break many industries as much as augment them.
