Amazing read. We're currently dealing with the pains of scaling processes to fit high growth (good pains, I suppose), and we've been trying to figure out a way to ensure we're scaling responsibly. After reading this I got my whole team on board. with using some of the growth rails presented in the book and now we're lazer focused on CAC < LTV. Thanks for the book!
