I like the action item list generation with the AI to recognize who it's assigned to and due date - it makes it easy to keep track of the 100s of things I have going across the various groups at my company.

Good learning platform for kids.Great idea, great execution Pros: Keeps my 7 year old engaged and learning. He's excited to play it Cons: My son likes it so much he'll 'sneak' the ipad to play tappity even when he's not supposed to have any screen time

To be honest, I was looking for something that I could let my 7 year old son play on the iPad that would 1. keep him occupied for reasonably long periods of time, and 2. keep him from playing Fortnight. I thought I'd give Tappity a try and I was amazed how quickly he understood how to use the app, and even more remarkably, how he was retaining information that he was learning in Tappity. I can...

Get your kids excited about science! With Tappity, they'll get to interact with Haley, a live-action Ms. Frizzle-like character (from the Magic School Bus), who takes them through series of science experiments, activities, lessons, stories, and more.

My wife became a customer pretty early and I have to admit that I now look forward to having an extra thick slices of bread with the cream top spread on it the morning after our delivery.

Congrats on the launch Alex! I saw bugsee a few months ago and was impressed at the amount of detail that it provides.

@rickyyean and @dtran320 I'm curious how you would think about a company that has already launched, and isn't consumer facing? We found that traditional PR firms were not a good fit precisely because we didn't fit in the boxes that they were used to (enterprise vs mobile developer vs devops) so even the PR firm knowing who to pitch was tough.

Sounds cool - my son is on the verge of being old enough to start with this (and can't quite sit still long enough to play Robot Turtle). The real world component of this seems like it could be a cool thing to carry around and play pretty much anywhere.

Cool app. I did notice that when I used it, there's flickering around my lips regardless of my own movement (happened on most of the masks). That said, it does a pretty good job (relative to google hangouts) at recognizing and tracking my brown face.

Nice to see a app based approach to this problem. I'm definitely a believer that the future is native(#ripmobileweb). I'm curious how much work is involved in integration / instrumentation to get meaningful data and how easy/hard it is to modify (new app submission required?)

I think that this makes ageism vastly easier. While an unscrupulous employer could figure it out with some effort, that takes explicit action so you really have to want to discriminate to figure it out. The ease at which this makes that info available causes some problem in this context I think (at both ends of the ageism spectrum too old/too young), where since it's so easy, there's 'no harm'...

Interesting - seems very useful. Is there a way to compare the results between different apps in my portfolio (ie if I'm a larger publisher and have dozens of apps?) Also - it would be cool if i could define my own terms (and related terms) to see what the score for that would be . Overall, I think it looks pretty cool

For those who don't like to read the walls of text I put up earlier, here are 7 bullets: - 2-10x faster download speed for mobile apps - users can move between networks and the download just continues - no change to your server side required - if you have a CDN, PacketZoom will mean less users hit them (replacement cost in some sense) - if you don't have a CDN, you'll find you may not need one....

Hi Product Hunters! We've been busy building and refining our tech and are very proud to bring you PacketZoom Android SDK. What we offer is a protocol- based service that can dramatically speed up content delivered to a mobile device, and also enables seamless downloads as users move between networks. What we've seen so far is if you have a single origin server and drop in our SDK, you see a...

good idea - am literally in the process of trying to figure out housing for 2 interns that we have coming in (our company is trying to be proactive and 'take care' of this, but it's not easy. I wish there were more listings. Pictures would be great I think, as well as access to transporation. Not sure if it's in the plans, but I wonder if this could also have 'company' view, so that my company...
