My eldest daughter works at a local pub. The staff rota was a mess - shifts booked during pre-booked holidays, inconsistent shift patterns and hours, staff missed off the rota, one scheduling issue after another... I decided I could build something to help. Keep it cheap, keep it simple, make it available on desktop and mobile, allow for multiple locations, support different organisations...
