We eat our own dog food at Eyelet.io and we use our Eyelet Bots to collect it.
Since we can target specific events to ask questions from our users, we use it on every new feature we release, regardless if it's a simple extra button or a major new component.

I'm building Eyelet.io, an onboarding and retention platform that's 100% no-code.
We are closing our Seed round in April.

I did not and now I regret it. Having an audience not only does it help after the launch but during the development, it could prove an invaluable asset.
Did you build an audience before launching your product/s?🫡

I'm a big believer in working from home. At home, you get to control how much time you procrastinate while at an office, you'll always get people wanting to talk to you, birthdays at the office, watercooler talk, random needless meetings, and I could go on and on.
Not to mention it's more cost-effective (coming for a guy that sunk over 15K in his office in the past years)

Then you track their progress and see why they did or did not hit those goals.
Don't intervene, especially in the beginning even if you think one particular task takes too much time.

At Eyelet we still have some runway left from our initial investment but we are not cashflow positive and that's one of the many, many things that keep me up at night.
Then there are the employee issues.
Traction also haunts my dreams.
