I believe that cloud providers should make hard spending caps the default: when you hit your limit, everything stops, rather than you getting a warning email you only see after the damage.

The reason is simple: coding agents can now ship code that burns through paid APIs while you sleep.

When I started I thought the hard part would be figuring out what to build. Turns out deciding what not to work on has been much harder. Every customer request feels important every new opportunity looks worth exploring and it s easy to keep changing direction when something isn t moving fast enough. How do you know when you re being flexible versus just losing focus?

For me, I finish the tasks I didn t complete during the week, then try to get ahead on a few things.

And I always finish my weekend by preparing my tasks for the next week.

I know some founders completely disconnect on weekends, but I ve never really managed to do that
