I'm the Founder and CEO of Hotel Intelligence Services (HIS), with over 30 years of experience leading hotel operations across luxury hotels, resorts, safari lodges and multi-property portfolios. I built HIS after seeing how many hotels still rely on spreadsheets and disconnected systems for critical operations. Our software helps hospitality businesses standardise processes, improve accountability and operate more efficiently through solutions for SOP management, preventive maintenance, CapEx planning, food & beverage control and event management.
