To all the people whom I have worked with in Vev, and the users who use Vev to create. You are some (and many) of the most amazing and creative people I have ever met in my life. I am elated that we are launching here on Product Hunt now as well - a community rich with great people, feedback, and ideas.

It was easy to get started using Zendesk, good templates to kick off with. Unfortunately the template system is very lacking and adding icons to your categories is done by tedious repetition of "if" loops against category ids in curlybars. Not very tech-friendly as you cannot use code blocks in the resource center. I submitted a vote on a 3 year old ticket in their system for this request, 6...
