Great single point of integration for all my to-dos and project plans. Hope for a better view for large amounts of tasks in the future.

Pretty good, but not flawless, integration with many tools. Works better than Power Automate if you are on the M365 platform by being easier to use, broader application support, and better GPT/AI integration (without hidden costs). They do keep adding features that require more licenses, which is annoying, as we can't keep asking to add more and more costs.

Motion Project Manager
The concept is great to manage personal and detailed work tasks, but their development is slow and they are removing key features as they go. Also, for personal purposes, their cost is usurious compared to other productivity apps, even those targeted at business.

Fantastical has the best integration for ALL calendar and todo services that I use (including Todoist). I wish some basic functionality that Mac Calendar already has wasn't hidden behind subscription. Cardhop is just OK. Needs a better contact management component.

This is a great tool with only two drawbacks: 1) The auto-reschedule leaves an event as tentative on the other person's account, so they don't get alerted 2) No M365 integration

What needs improvement

auto-reschedule issues (1)lack of M365 integration (1)
Tab manager (inactive)
While I LOVE the auto-rescheduling, the fact that it doesn't allow for task ingest/sync with other productivity tools and services is very, very frustrating and still contributes to me feeling scattered and disorganized.
