I'm launching H1BTrack in a few days and wanted to share what I've been building before the official launch.
H1BTrack is a free tool that lets you search H1B sponsorship history for any employer - approval rates, denial rates, salary data, and year-by-year filing trends from FY2019 to FY2026. It covers 132,000+ companies and 2.2 million LCA records.
The problem I was solving: most existing tools just show you a list of sponsors. They don't tell you whether a company actually approves petitions or how their rates have changed over time. That context matters a lot when you're evaluating a job offer.
