I’ve spent my career building products that help people get work done. I founded Jobvite, which helped companies hire faster and smarter, and today I’m building BasicOps with my co-founder Hans Larsen and our Head of Growth, Justin Oberbauer. BasicOps is a unified workspace where people and AI agents work side by side on projects, tasks, and communication. It’s built as one system from day one, not a stack of tools bolted together, because the way teams work is changing fast and agents should be part of the workflow, not an add-on.
